Your Obligation Towards Submissions: The user agrees that all submissions must be placed in proper categories and not contain any material that is of an obscene gesture or pornographic in nature. Any story found violating this rule will be removed. Your Registration and Account Obligation: The user must provide accurate information upon registering an account and will be asked to choose a Penname and Password. It is the users responsibility to keep this information safe and confidential. And the site will not be held responsible if said user lets a third party use that information to post information to the site. Posting Conduct: The user agrees not to post any of the following material: Anything that is illegal, harmful to others, harassing, degrading, libelous, defamatory, or invasive of ones privacy. The user also agrees that all submissions will be their own property unless they have the express written permission of the original owner to submit it. Plagiarism will not be tolerated. Concerning fan-fiction characters, and song lyrics from particular stories, all users agree that these are to be used with the utmost respect to the original author, and all users are required to place a disclaimer stating whom the original owner of said characters and lyrics are. And user agrees that if said owner requests that a story based on their characters or song lyrics be removed the site will do so, after informing them of the situation. The user also agrees that only stories and artwork will be posted. Advertisements and spam will not be tolerated. Any user caught spamming this website will have their account terminated and their I.P. address banned from the site. Forum Conduct: The forum is set up for users to post their stories and to go and enjoy discussing different subjects with each other.
